							The Main House, or The Chi: This is where everyone hangs out, with several common rooms, a dining room, an industrial kitchen, and more; plus two floors of bedrooms. It was built for our Fraternity in 1912. The Annex, Officially known as Straud Hall, is filled with two floors of bedrooms, and has a porch on the second floor to enjoy the few nice spring and fall nights in Troy. It was donated to our Fraternity by Br. Straud.
			Fall Rush has ended. Congratulations to those who received bids! If you did not receive a bid but are still interested in joining our house in the future, please contact our Recruitment Chairman, or stop by the house any time.
